If I could give them no stars I would the worse garage I've ever been to to. Dodgy staff with even dodgier cars. DO NOT USE THEM THEY ARE RIP OFFS AND CON MEN. We brought an espace of them that was supposedly a "Private sale", but it turned out the car was from the garage and was basically a right off and had been for 2 years as the engine was completey knackered. We took it for a test drive and as there wasn't much fuel in it we whizzed it down the road and back and it seems ok but once we got it back the car was an absolute shambles we spent over 500 trying to diagnose the issue for it to then be found out it would be a new engine at 2500 or risking 1000 trying to repair the one that was in it. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF. PLEASE LISTEN AND BOYCOTT THIS PLACE THEY NEED TO CLOSE DOWN AND STOP CONNING PEOPLE and personally avoid CERI as he is the one who lied through his teeth to a family of 5 on a very tight budget that there cars were good
Awful place! Broken promises. False advertising on website and facebook (re. Warrenty) Bought a vehicle in December and still waiting parts that were apparently being posted. Was ringing the up for months. Promised 100 Tesco vouchers chased for weeks, nearly 3 months and far to many phone calls later they transferred 100. No apologies from them. Never would I go back there and most certainly not recommend them. 6 months later still waiting promised parts they say have been ordered more than once!
Nice guys good deals to be had some nice cars
Complete waste of time and the guy is a complete nob. Was promised several things with a car when we purchased our car he said the books that come with the car I.e the service book and manuals were in a lock up and he didnt have a key?!? So we gave him the Benifit of the doubt. We bought the car on a Saturday and he promised he would post the books plus and other part that was missing from the boot on the following Monday. I am still here waiting 6 weeks down the line and nothing has come no manuals or part as promised even after several phone calls and him saying yes they will be posted or have been posted so been fed lie after lie. I wouldnt recommend anyone to use this garage comeplety avoid.
The sales man was very helpful we bought a Skoda a few weeks later I had a small problem and he sorted it out without any delay I would defiantly recommend him and would buy from him again
