Paid 60 to have my fan belt changed, they put one on that was too big and ended up snapping not long afterwards... this resulted in damage being caused to my engine which cost over 1000. Unfortunately I was not given a receipt nor did I pay by card otherwise I would be taking matters further.
Bought a car from their partner company David Jones car sales. I was told it was on 92000 miles but when I bought it is was on 102000 and after 2 miles of driving it off their yard the engine light iluminated and the vehicle went into limp, I took it back as i was under the impression that i had the 3 month rac warranty, apparently that was not the case, however due to the timeframe they agreed to repair it as "a gesture of good will" they then replaced the timing chain, quite a major component to retain engine health. a few days after i was getting a big "stop" light on the dash saying oil pressure low, this was then changed immediately after the clutch cylinder burst deeming the car immobile, this was then repaired and to top off the engine light soon illuminated again with another fault, this time I had had enough and after alot of garbage stories, abuse and scaremongering from the 2 owners of the companies i retunred the vehicle under the 30 day consumer rights act. No doubt this car was a very nice car but unfortunately it had alot of developing issues. Would i recommend this seller? Definately not after my awful experience.
