Have bought 3 items here over last 3 months, handbag with faulty zip, coat that bobbles on inside and shoes with damage on heel. Very overpriced for quality, no refund given if items not suitable as gifts. STAFF lovely, owner very confrontational. Won't be wasting my hard earned money there again. Bye.
