This branch has good staff that go out of their to help you. It felt like nothing was to much trouble for them. I would have given it a five star rating but true to form, glasses are expensive here. I would recommend going here so long as you can afford .
Always a positive experience when visiting Specsavers Ammanford, even with both of my young girls. All staff members, from shop manager to the optician, and all the girls are friendly, helpful and wonderfully patient with the children. There is wheelchair access and ample room on shop floor to navigate around. The only issue, and please take it as constructive criticism, is access to consultation rooms is quite tight. Especially when all chairs are being used. There is a large selection of frames to choose from to suit your budget, and the girls in-store will ensure you benefit from whichever deal is running at the time. Overall , definitely a place I highly recommend.
Very poor. I ordered an occupational lens and provided both a new prescription and an existing spectacles for the company to match. After 3 further visits the lens came back with faults each time. I reluctantly had to cancel the order and asked for my payment to be returned.An occupational lens is similar to a varyfocal but differs in that it will provide both assistance with reading and mid distance such as a computer screen.
