Terrible avoid at all costs if you in council house especially request another firm you can see by which vans the send out the double standard

I contacted SFS last Thursday morning to report a problem with my boiler. An engineer arrived after lunch to address the problem and everything was working properly by the afternoon. Excellent and reliable service at all times.
Had our old oil boiler removed and new one installed and up and running in 12 hrs on a cold day winters day with this company in December after our old boiler decided to die. The staff were professional and polite,gave good advice, left no mess and answered any concerns we had promptly. After sales service has been great with any concerns being dealt with on the same day or at the earliest mutually convenient time though, we have had very few issues. House is warmer now than it has ever been. Would definitely recommend this company to deal with
