We have moved house many times with different removal firms and can honestly say Carters are the only one we would go back to with confidence. From the first contact with Nick and Doug for our move from Brecon to Carmarthen they had a calming influence over what is always a stressful time. On the day of the move we had Dan 1 and Dan 2 as our removal crew and what a hardworking, uncomplaining, courteous, considerate and professional pair of young men. So what can we say? Carters were absolutely brilliant, we cannot praise them enough. They were punctual on the day and the move went so smoothly we are so glad we used this family run company. Also their quote was very competitive.
Carters did a brilliant job for me. Arranging a visit by Doug to give me a quote could not have been easier and he could not have been more prompt. On the slightly stressful day of the move itself the job done by Dan, Dan and Jonathan could have not been bettered. They were brilliant. Not only were they hugely efficient, they were also very good natured, patient and flexible. I can not recommend Carters highly enough.
If you are looking for a removal company who you can trust to move you efficiently, safely and with everything under control, you have found them. Our move was completed yesterday and everything was truly excellent. Dan, Dan, Dan and Nick.....not forgetting Doug, were very professional, experienced and organised. They anticipated all eventualities and removed the stress, including waiting patiently until the keys were available the other end after a 2hr drive. I rarely write such commendations, however, these guys deserve it.
