Vyv has serviced our combi boiler some years and has successfully resolve any problems that we have. He has just installed a new external boiler and internal water tank. He has installed the necessary plumbing for a solar thermal installation ready for next year. Vyv has always gone the extra mile for us, and we would recommend him to anybody.
I was let down by Ryan a so called plumber, water was forming on bottom of boiler, he found the fault within two minutes, problem solved. He charged me " two cups of coffee" 1 on the day of the visit the other coffee when he called again to see if it was ok.I would recommend him to any one
Stay well away! Completely incompetent -having to get another plumber in to fix the mistakes made now. And unprofessional too- tried to screw me over on the bill, and covered my towels in oil!
Vyv is the best! Vyv helped us out earlier in the summer when our spring water supply stopped. He went above and beyond to try and fix and he ended up plumbing in an alternative supply.
Truly outstanding. We moved to Wales a month ago and despite having a full building survey done we found water seeping under the concrete floor in our utility room. Vyv came the same day, took time to examine the problem, explained it to us fully. Since then his team and him have worked tirelessly to resolve the problem. Installed new drains, dug out new drains around the property (so water can drain away from the house) and installed new drainage around the back of the property. His attention to detail, his dedication to customer need and satisfaction is second to none. A master craftsman. Friendly, polite and nothing is too much trouble.
