Absolutely faultless service from Keys management, They have always been hands on with sorting repairs and thier communication with me is always second to none! They were there to help me when other estate agents didn't give me a second look. It's a shame I can only give 5 stars, Because I would give 10!

I lived in a keys property management house. We were left with a broken boiler for 3 years. Of which I have proof from British gas! I had a leak in the bathroom which no one was interested until it came through to the living room ceiling and the player fell down leaving a gaping hole in my ceiling and it was left like that for 2 years!! DO NOT GO WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! All they want is your money!!! I am now being threatened with the police!! I was treated with such disrespect and arrogance. I was spoken down to and patronised! Not even worth one star.
