Excellent vets practice, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff are always happy to help. Been with Bush House for a few years now and will be staying with them. Can't rate them highly enough.
Due to Bush House incompetence there are inaccuracies in my dogs medical records which messed up my insurance claim putting me out of pocket, they also tried to charge me twice for treatment received on more than one occasion, these errors i could forgive however their customer service skills are appalling!!!Unfortunately after sharing my complaint with Bush House in the community i have found that many others have had similar experiences, i will not be returning!!
